Maryino Industrial Park is a centrally managed industrial zone for modern industrial enterprises, located in the Southwestern area of St.Petersburg, in the district of Petrodvorets, within 1.5 km of Ring Road.
The industrial park area of 130 ha will be occupied by 10-30 new enterprises, which will begin their operations between 2012-2015.
Maryino Industrial Park is being created as an integrated land development project of a large greenfield area. JSC VTB Bank, being the 2nd largest Russian bank, participates as a financial partner of the project.
Three companies representing the automotive industry have already become the first residents of the industrial park. They are:
-
YO-AUTO (car assembling enterprise producing new Russian innovative cars under the brand YO)
-
YAROVIT Motors (truck assembling factory)
-
TECHNOEXIM (producer of new automotive systems, units and components)
In April of 2011, the CEOs of these companies signed an agreement with the VTB Bank and the St.Petersburg Administration regarding joint development of the area.
The first phase of the land development is to be completed in the 2nd quarter 2012.
Land plots from 2 ha are being offered for sale to international and Russian industrial enterprises.
